Greg Bendis Chief Executive Officer
As a former employee and business consultant to some of the largest and most successful companies in the US, Greg founded and structured Reviticell based on principles common to successful companies. Most importantly, the principle of leverage and focusing on what Reviticell can do better than any other company in the world - and retaining the best possible people to do so.
Prior to Reviticell, Greg was CEO for ARIA Facial Care which grew out of a venture that began when he co-founded American Rejuvenation Centers in 2007. He was also recruited by the international law firm of Latham & Watkins to become a director and was a key member of the team that built a highly profitable company that was sold and renamed Experian. Greg graduated from University of Florida and completed the MBA Finance/Economics program at Pepperdine University.
Gary Granfield Chief Operations Officer
Gary worked for more than thirty years importing and exporting consumer products and was founder and CEO of Pagatech - a company he operated until joining Reviticell. Gary built Pagatech on principles of service, hard work and ethical practices. He grew and expanded the company to become an enterprise that required his travels to more than 100 countries.
Gary speaks several languages fluently which served him well during his tenure as the leader of this and other successful businesses that relied on his interpersonal skills and high level of service. Gary graduated from Tulane University and then became Vice President for Alimentco Inc. where he successfully marketed, sold, and provided products and services to a variety of different business entities in many different cultural environments.
Leslie Frilling Chief Logistics Officer
For more than three decades, Leslie advised and worked with plastic surgeons and dermatologists throughout the US. She has also been a resource to many companies such as Johnson & Johnson where her insight was needed to develop comprehensive skin-care centers in South America. Leslie was Director of Facial Care at ARIA Facial Care and has maintained a private practice as a clinical esthetician. She has also held positions with the Society of Dermatology and the National Coalition of Estheticians, Manufacturers/Distributors & Associations.
Leslie graduated from Jacksonville Technical School and completed her business studies at University of North Florida. She also earned a CIDESCO certification having completed the required curriculum, which is a rare achievement making it possible for her to teach and train in 36 different countries.
Mark is a Certified Professional Coach, Certified World Class Speaking Coach, author and international speaker. His consulting roles span a variety of organizational sizes in a wide variety of industries. Mark has been successful at developing and implementing communication and sales strategy programs as well as process design, system implementation and training initiatives.
Mark earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Sciences from Brandon University in Canada. Earlier in his career he achieved success in management and consulting roles for AT&T and Bombardier Capital where he specialized in call-center environments. Mark is an active member of the Rotary Club of Jacksonville, the President of Rotary Means Business D6970 and the Secretary of the Rotary Means Business Fellowship.
John Murray, MD, FACS Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Murray is Chief of Plastic Surgery and Assistant Professor of Surgery at UF Health in Jacksonville where he leads the regenerative medicine initiative that involves multiple universities. He is also Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at University of Illinois College of Medicine where he established and still directs an annual international Breast Cancer Symposium. Dr. Murray was instrumental in developing one of the first comprehensive breast-cancer treatment centers in the US which has been used as a model for the holistic treating of patients.
Dr. Murray earned a degree in Natural Sciences at Furman University and his Doctorate in Medicine at Emory. He is certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Arlene Bumb Business Development Director
Arlene has been successful in key management and advisory roles for major companies in the medical industry including Thermo Fisher, Beckman Coulter, Pfizer, Boston Scientific, and St Jude Medical. She also has many years of experience launching and building start-up companies such as Pegasus Biologics, BioMedGPS, Halo Healthcare and PhageTech, Inc. Arlene has contributed to the growth and success of dozens of other medical companies as a consultant and advisor.
Arlene's extensive industry experience in launching companies and promoting medical products is key to Reviticell's commercialization and growth plans. Arlene began her career as a research chemist after earning a BS in Chemistry and Biology from Simmons College in Boston. She also majored in marketing and finance in the MBA program at Boston University.
Robert Cafferata, PhD Science Advisor
Dr. Cafferata founded Boston BioDiligence to leverage industry resources and to guide his clients through the development of innovative new technologies. He often drives the thinking behind many of his client's scientific applications and provides advice with respect to the multitude of details that are necessary to commercialize products. Dr. Cafferata earned his Doctorate from Stony Brook University in New York and spent the first part of his career in the academic realm of developmental neuroscience research.
Dr. Cafferata entered the commercial world of medical devices at Medtronic where he was influential in technology acquisition and new business development. He next became strategic advisor for Mercator MedSystems and then a part of the management team for Epic Therapeutics from inception to acquisition by Baxter International.
